Terms & Conditions

By booking our vacation apartment, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Payment:  A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due before or upon arrival. o We accept payments via Banktransfer.

2. Cancellation Policy:  Cancellations made 5 days before check-in will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 5 days of check-in are non-refundable.

3. Check-in and Check-outCheck-in time is from 3:00 PM. Check-out time is by 11:00 AM. o Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

4. Guest Number:  The number of guests should not exceed the maximum capacity of the apartment. Additional guests may incur an extra charge.

5. Damage and Property Care:  Guests are responsible for any damage to the property during their stay. o Please report any damage or issues immediately. Costs for repairs or replacements will be deducted from the security deposit.

6. Smoking and Pets:  Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. You may smoke in designated outdoor areas. o Pets are not permitted unless agreed upon in advance.

7. Quiet Hours:  Please be mindful of noise, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM). Disturbing the peace may result in penalties or eviction.

8. Security Deposit:  A security deposit is required upon check-in. This deposit will be refunded within 7 days after your stay, provided there are no damages or additional charges.

9. Responsibility: Guests are responsible for their own safety and well-being during their stay. The owner is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses.

10. Changes to Terms:  We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to guests in advance.
