House Rules
1:Check-in and Check-out times: Check-in: from 3:00 PM. Check-out: by 11:00 AM.
2:Maximum number of guests: The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum.
3: Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Smoking is permitted on the private terrace.
4: Pets: Pets are not allowed unless otherwise agreed.
5:Noise: Please avoid causing noise disturbances, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
6:Safety: Ensure that all doors and windows are securely closed when leaving the apartment.
7: Cleaning: The apartment should be left in the same condition as when you arrived. Please dispose of any trash when checking out.
8:Damage: Any damage to the apartment or furnishings must be reported immediately. Repair costs may be deducted from the security deposit.
9: Pool: The pool is available during opening hours. Please follow safety instructions and use the pool at your own risk. Behavior: Respect other residents and ensure your behavior does not cause any disturbances.
